Why People Love The Osaki 3000 Massage Chair

by Robert Lawson on July 20, 2011

The Osaki chair is one of the coolest massagers to hit the market in awhile. But it’s just another massage chair right – in other words, why do people love it so much?

I’ll give you three reasons as part of my review of the Osaki 3000.

1. It’s got a cool name.
Let’s admit it. When you saw the words Zero Gravity Massage Chair from a company called Osaki you found your heart racing just a little bit. How awesome of a name is that for a chair? Zero freaking gravity, are you kidding me? You know that the marketing department struck gold with the name of this one. Don’t believe me? The alternative brands for sale at Sharper Image have such oh so boring names as the Comfort Chair. Comfort Chair? I mean, sure, it is comfortable, and it is a chair, but that’s just boring. I want to believe I’ll be floating in space when I’m enjoying my massage, and more than that, I want to feel like it was designed by futurist Japanese scientists with names like Osaki.

2. It feels better than any other massage chair.
I have no shame in telling you that I’m that guy at the mall who will go straight to the Sharper Image, ignore all the sales people, and plop my butt down on the massage chair and take it for it’s worth. I’ve sat on every one of them for 10 years now, and I haven’t bought a single one.

Oh wait – except for this one.

Was it expensive?

Yes!

But that should tell you a lot about how good it feels.

And it sure does feel good. The first time I sank down into one, I merged with the chair and just kept thinking to myself, the Osaki Massage Chair, oh my!

You will not be disappointed in this massage chair and its ability to give you a full body massage.

3. My friends won’t leave me alone now that I have this chair in my house.
Now that I have the best massaging chair on the market, a funny thing has happened.

People just happen to “be in the neighborhood” and wanted to stop by. (Really? That’s funny. I didn’t even know you knew where I lived!)

Granted, I suspect they might just be using me for my Osaki 3000 Massage Chair, but so long as they have that longing look in their eyes for a good massage, I just give them a pass and let them have at it.

The world would be a better place if everyone got regular massages from one of these chairs!
